DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE GYM! Everyone has to start somewhere, and you can’t expect to know everything at the beginning of your journey There is SO much information out there regarding how you should be training to reach your fitness goals And it can be so overwhelming hearing a million different contradicting statements online for what you need to be doing in the gym to achieve your goals Once you’re done researching and trying to figure it all out, you’re left confused and still lost on what exactly you need to do moving forward Looking back on my journey and where I started, I went through the same thing and could have most definitely avoided that I would have saved a lot of time and effort if I had someone to guide me and didn’t just rely random tik tok workouts and influencers “what I eat in a day” I finally started seeing the muscle growth I was looking for after actually training efficiently and effectively. Although, I do find myself wondering where I would be now, strength and physique wise, if I had known back then what I know now about training correctly.
