Take this Southeast Asian classic and turn it into a crispy little waffle :)  ✨Ingredients: -1 cup sticky rice, cooked according to package instructions -1 can high-fat coconut milk/coconut cream -1 cup cane sugar -1/2 tsp sea salt -cooking spray -1 ripe large mango Cook sticky rice according to the instructions on the package. Using your hands, fan them out, forming a long line. Carefully roll, starting from one end, and curl the slices towards the center, forming a rose. Pour coconut milk syrup over the waffle, and using a spatula, lift the rose and place it on top of the waffle.
