Just loosen factory bolt,put a pry bar between it and the bolt and camber and caster will move. Done it many times

lots of manufacturers do this... not just ford. GM and dodge both do this on some models too. Even some JDM stuff.

Have done hundreds of level kits on f150s in the dealer. Never had to touch camber/caster. Just toe and go

yes blame ford for your aftermarket shit, also adding two in the front will make it hard to get accurate, one on the rear of the arm is enough
