Most company’s chlorophyll tastes like mint. So I add to water and it’s just a minty drink. I literally have an office full of men drinking it now 😂

I used a teaspoon in 32oz, and horrible cramps!! Maybe it was to much…? That’s what the directions said to do.. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
