It depends, if it was a lease car that is going to be returned sometimes people change those brand new tires because the dealer does not accept them

I bought used tires from a junkyard for my car from a wrecked twin just the 2dr version. They were only a year old and looked brand new!

I have a 91 S10 with 2.8 idles at 2th rpm check for leaks only thing I can think is egr valve. can I run it with out it?
