For indigestion I take tums & I sit up for at least 30mins before laying down, wether that be throughout the day or before bed. It helps wonders!!

it's crazy how we are the exact same weeks. My nausea has passed and can last around 3-4 hours before I get sick. I can ONLY drink ice cold drinks!
