As a firefighter i approve this message! smoke detectors on every floor and near each bedroom. And CO detectors near gas burning appliances!

I test them everytime the stove is on. It's super sensitive and goes off when the stove is heating up. 😅 it works but scares my cats to death 😸💀

also you might check how old they are. I just had one that was close to 12 years old. I replaced it for under $20.
