This is the BEST instant pot rice instruction out there! Been making it this way for my family for a month now. Comes out perfect everytime! (Aside from the very first time 😅, but even that was good, just a little on mushy side)

A good job of keeping the rice warm for a couple of days after cooking it. The instant pot does not do this well

Whenever I do this the bottom 1/2 inch sticks to the bottom and sticks together… any tips? Rest of rice is ok but wasteful and annoying.
