One “serving” at my school is barely enough for an elementary schooler, let alone 14-18-year-olds. I was told that TWO chicken tenders was a serving.

The main issue with the healthy lunches is that they just made portions smaller to fit calorie/fat limits. Kids reliant on school lunches starved
