Yes! I moved across the country and when I tried to cancel they said I needed to come in…they aren’t nationwide. It was a hassle

I had to pay for an extra month to cancel my membership at XSport. AND I had to go in to do it. I couldn’t do it over the phone or email 🙄🤦🏻♀️
