Copycat Erewhon Raw Cinnamon Rolls 🤍 Crust: - 120g oat flour (1 cup) - 100g cashews (1 cup) - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp psyllium husk + 1/3 cup water - 1/4 cup maple syrup Cinnamon Filling: - 155g dates (1 cup) - 3 tbsp maple syrup - 2 tosp water - Pinch of Salt - 3 teaspoons cinnamon Directions: 1. Soak psyllium in water for 15 minutes 2. Blend cashews 3. Add all other crust ingredients and blend until it becomes dough 5. Roll out into a sheet — make sure it's not too thin 6. Blend all the filling ingredients after eating 7. Spread a layer of the filling on the crust 8. Roll into a log 9. Refrigerate overnight or freeze for a few hours 10. Cut into rolls and enjoy!!
