3 Bean Salad Ingredients: *Carrots *Green beans *Onion *Baby marrows *Red and Yellow Bell Peppers *Crushed garlic *Red Kidney Beans *Butter Beans *Sweet Chilli Sauce *Fruit Chutney *Curry Spice *Paprika *Aromat *Black pepper *Salt *Vegetable Spice *Oil Method: 1. Boil carrot and green beans in salt water until soft and set aside 2. In a pot or pan add vegetable oil, sauté onions together with crushed garlic and bell peppers until translucent. 3. Season with curry spice and paprika 4. Add baby marrows and cook until soft 5. Season with vegetable spice and black pepper 6. Add back the cooked carrot and greens beans and combine. 7. Transfer to a bowl to cool down 8. Once cooled add red kidney beans together with butter beans and combine. 9. Add a bit of fruit chutney and sweet chilli sauce and mix well.
