Part 6| WILL IT OATS? 🌶️ Muhammara Oats  Instead of simply mixing pomegranate molasses with oats, I thought let’s take a step further, and add a whole twist on a dish with the addition of some oats 🤷🏻‍♂️  Recipe: - Cut up some peppers, shallots and tomatoes. Add some dried chillies, season with S&P and oil and bake for around 30-40min at 180°C convection  - Once blackened, remove and place in a bowl, cover and let sit for 10-15 min. This will steam the veg, helping the skin removal be easier.  - Toast a handful of walnuts  - In the same pan, toast a tablespoon of tomato paste, pinch of cumin and ground coriander  - Blend everything together, with the addition of garlic, sumac, toasted walnuts, pomegranate molasses, splash of worcestershire and the tomato paste.  - Once at your desired consistency, add 4-5 tablespoons of oats and let them soak. Remember! They will thicken it up, so adding some water is ok if you prefer it looser.  - Plate up, garnish with more pomegranate molasses, chopped walnuts, fresh pomegranate and parsley. Drizzleing with olive oil is optional  - (If you want flatbreads)- finely blend a cup of oats, and mix with salt, a tablespoon of flour and 3-4 tablespoons of full fat yoghurt. Kneed until cohesive and separate into 8 small balls. Let rest for 15 minutes and roll the balls out as thin as you can get them. Cook at high heat, for 60-90 seconds on each side. Oiling the pan does help.
