Also many places including a lot of banks have their own POA forms they want rather than what we use at the legal office. So ask those places first

Make sure to ask what kind of POAs some banks may want too! The bank that has my husbands car loan likes a certain one. MAKE COPIES OF EVERYTHING!

You can ask for your POAs to be up to 3 years at the JAG office! I’m a paralegal and I have been able to.

You also need a need copy of the SGLI, the living will. I am a veteran and I had all of that just incase. It’s important to be prepared.
