Yes 😍 - Rice paper “crust”: ✰ 8 sheets of rice paper ✰ 2 eggs + 1 egg white Apple filling: ✰ 2 peaches ✰ cinnamon ✰ 2-3 tbsp sweetener (I used monkfruit) 1. Preheat pan to medium. 2. Dice peaches then add to pan along with cinnamon and sweetener then cook until softened. 3. Whisk eggs then dip a sheet of rice paper until softened, then dip another. 4. Stack the 2 sheets on top of each other then add 1/4 of the apple filling in the middle and fold the rice paper. Repeat this 3 more times. 5. Bake or Airfry at 400F for about 10 minutes or until golden and flaky. 6. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
