You should check into Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTS is a comorbidity of EDS. Raynauds is also a comorbidity of EDS.

can i suggest cutting out gluten for a month and seeing if that helps. my dad has ankylosing spondylitis and cutting sugar and gluten and is best

Autoimmune diseases can take awhile to diagnose. Don’t get discouraged. I have Sjogrens, with Lupus and Raynaud’s symptoms. Feel better soon!
