Got surgery two months ago and a bunch of hardware put in I’m currently in PT my biggest issue now isn’t trying to regain motion and movement. My biggest issue is pain I walk with a limp cause the pain I feel interferes with me walking correctly it’s so frustrating

Thank You for this video. I had an ankle reconstruction last year and a tendon replacement in my foot. I am still having issues but thank GOD I can walk. Peace, Love, and Magnified Blessings 🥰🥰🥰

I got my ankle fused last week. My biggest worry is the gait once I’m able to walk. I’m thinking I’ll always have a penguin waddle 😂

So easy to say so hard to do, I have ankle limitation and even if I do these exercises my ankle just don’t cooperate with me… thank you for your video it’s very helpfulful for a lot of people
