The softdiscs are disposable. You can wear them up to 12 hours, but once you remove you should use a new one. You don't rinse and reuse these.

I use the menstrual cup so only dump & wash every 8/10 hours, could go hell alot longer no leaks used them for 15 years now

I use a cup. But if I’m out and I have to empty (usually don’t have to as I can keep it in super long) I dump and then just put it back in

I dump in the toilet, wipe with toilet paper and reinsert it.

Water bottle in purse rinse it and then use baby wipes to wipe hands off and then wash hands in sink

Wipe it out with a feminine wipe of toilet paper 🧻 if I’m in a pinch. Always take an extra.. if I need to I just swap it out.

I like those single use soft discs but I don’t like the reusable ones. Too much effort to have to do all that lol.

Those are not meant to be reused. They are disposable. No cleaning out and putting it back in.

I use a diva cup. I actually insert it after I do the deed and sleep with it in all night. Last two times I conceived it was by doing this 😅

I use these exact discs, you "empty" it while it's in you by doing a kegel, and then wipe and go about your day. you don't take it out and clean it

I use the same brand (FYI pretty sure Flex is the exact same have used both). They are good for 12 hours & TMI remove & insert a new onein the shower.
