In Uganda, this has never caused any issues. The people there are accepted as Ugandans, and they don't make any claims. So why is it different with eastern Congo? Those individuals are simply Congolese, with historical ties to Rwanda, or they have migrated for various reasons. That's a fact. However, if you bring in an expert who is misaligned with this history and claims the problem lies elsewhere, how can you address the real issue? Distorting the facts and evidence only complicates matters. This is why it's easy to blame Rwanda. We didn't create the borders, and the ideology that led to the genocide I mentioned earlier has its roots in this historical context. #paulkagame #museveni #fyp
