Save your best AI result and use it forever You know the moment: you finally get the PERFECT output. Right structure, sounds like you. Then next week the same job comes around and you're explaining everything from scratch — like the perfect result never happened. That result was worth keeping. So was the way you got there. Every job in my business runs on instructions I wrote exactly once; my AI employees never need training twice. Pick one job you repeat. Messy notes → presentation (everybody has that one). Give Claude your notes and one presentation you're proud of, shape a draft together — and your corrections are the gold: main point moves to slide one; whole sentences lift off the slides into speaker notes. When it lands right, say one sentence:
When it lands right, say one sentence: "Turn the process we just worked through into a reusable skill. Include what you need from me, how to organize it, and the checks to run before showing me a draft." That's a SKILL — the instruction book for one job. In Claude Code it lives in a file called SKILL.md with your good example beside it. Think of it as the brief you'd hand a new colleague: a good example, the process, what you need back. Plain language, all of it. Then prove it — a skill you never tested is just a note. Fresh conversation, different notes, call the skill: main point still first? Facts from the NEW notes? Lost step goes back in. From then on, every job you keep re-explaining gets its own book — meeting prep, research → script, the monthly report — and every correction gets one question: does this belong in the skill? If yes, that mistake never comes back. Your experience finally has somewhere to go. #aiautomation #aiemployee #aiagent
