I know a lot of people testing negative with just the nose test. Tested in the throat and nose and positive!!

you only test positive when you are contagious. so you are still dealing with it but can no longer spread it:. that's what I was told .

on my pack that I’ve got from the government it says put at the back of your throat first and then up one nostril have I been doing it wrong 😳
