It is amazingggg🤌 but if you have sensitive teeth I’d highly recommend to use it once a week if anything every weeks!!! Don’t over do it!!!

They’re the best! I recommend people jump on Sensodyne toothpaste for a few days before doing the strips because it makes the teeth so sensitive
