SPINACH + ARTICHOKE DIP 🤤 A spinach, artichoke & jalapeño dip is definitely the dip I’ve been asked to make the most over the last few months… SO, here is my version, just in time for Thanksgiving, the holidays, and with Christmas coming up too 🎁 (watch to the end to see me choke on a jalapeño 🥵) The full written recipe can be found below 👇 I used plant-based ingredients, but use what you like 🙌 Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate it! And if not, well here’s a delicious, baked cheesy dip just for you 🔥 INGREDIENTS (serves 4-6) 200g spinach 250g artichoke hearts 2tbsp jalapeños  1 onion 4 garlic cloves 150g cream cheese 150g sour cream 1tsp each: dried oregano + smoked paprika 4tbsp nutrtional yeast 200g grated cheeses of choice 1 lemon  Fresh chives 1tsp truffle oil (optional) Salt Pepper Olive oil METHOD 1. Finely dice + sauté the onion in 1tbsp of olive oil until softened. Mince the garlic, add, then cook until fragrant.  2. Finely chop the artichokes + jalapeños, then add to the onions with the spinach.  3. Season with oregano, smoked paprika, 1tbsp nutrtional yeast, salt, pepperthen leave to cool for a couple of minutes.  4. Grate your cheese, reserving some for baking, then add with the cream cheese, 1tbsp chopped chives, then mix well.  5. Transfer into a skillet or baking dish, top with more grated cheese, then bake / grill for 10 minutes until gooey + golden.  6. Top with more chives, serve with dipper of choice then enjoy! 7.
