Зачем накапливать столько посуды если можно помыть после обеда сразу руками в раковине?! Даже если будет полная раковина грязной посуды без особого труда вымою так, и машинка не нужна, люблю мыть посуду 😊

Cheesy Garlic Butter Shrimp Alfredo Bake 🍤🧀🧄 This is pure comfort-food heaven: plump, juicy garlic-butter shrimp nestled in a rich, creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce, covered with layers of gooey melted mozzarella and baked until golden and bubbly. Loaded with savory garlic, fresh herbs, and cheesy goodness, this seafood casserole is creamy, buttery, and dang irresistible! Perfect for family dinners, special occasions, or whenever you're craving something seriously delicious! 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - 1½ lb (680 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided - 1 tbsp olive oil - 5 garlic cloves, finely minced - 1½ cups heavy cream - ½ cup whole milk - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese - 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened - ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning - ½ tsp smoked paprika - ½ tsp garlic powder - ½ tsp Italian seasoning - ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice - Salt and black pepper, to taste - 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped - Extra Parmesan for finishing 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 1. Season those shrimp: Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Toss with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. 2. Sear to golden perfection: Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 1 minute per side, just until lightly golden but not fully cooked. Drizzle with lemon juice, remove from heat, and set aside. They'll finish cooking in the oven. 3. Get that garlic sizzling: Reduce heat to medium. Melt the remaining 3 tbsp butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–45 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly. 4. Make that creamy Alfredo sauce: Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring gently. Add softened cream cheese and whisk until completely smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. 5. Get it rich and cheesy: Simmer the sauce gently for 3–5 minutes until thick, silky, and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat. 6. Build that cheesy shrimp bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium oval ceramic baking dish. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce across the bottom, then arrange most of the shrimp in an even layer. Pour the remaining creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the shrimp. 7. Load on that cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Monterey Jack evenly over the shrimp and sauce. Gently nestle the remaining shrimp into the cheese, leaving several large shrimp prominently visible on top. 8. Bake until golden and bubbly: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and reach 145°F (63°C), and the cheese is completely melted and bubbling. Broil for 1–2 minutes if needed to develop beautiful golden-brown spots, watching closely. 9. Get that irresistible cheese pull: Remove from the oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly while the mozzarella remains wonderfully stretchy and gooey. 10. Finish and serve: Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh chives, parsley, and a little extra Parmesan. Serve hot directly from the baking dish with garlic bread, rice, or creamy mashed potatoes. Scoop up a generous portion and enjoy those incredible melted cheese strands!
