5 month old is similar except we just skip the arvo nap and put her down at 5-5:30pm for bed

Wait how do y’all’s baby sleep more than 25 min. My baby is 4.5months and has NEVER slept more than 30min for naps after she was 1 month.

how does she sleep when out and about? in different environments ect.sleep training is great till they will only sleep in dark,quiet rooms.😅
