Doesn’t taste like a croissant- but still yummy! 🤭 Rice Paper Croissants (Makes 2) Nutritional Info (per croissant): Calories: 98 kcal Protein: 3.65 g Carbs: 13.3 g Fats: 3 g Ingredients: 1 large egg 6 mini rice papers (approx. 5g each) 2 tbsp milk (or any milk substitute) 1/8 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp erythritol (or your preferred sweetener) 1/2 tsp cinnamon Optional: extra erythritol for sprinkling on top Instructions: Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, baking powder, erythritol, and cinnamon until well combined. Layer the Rice Paper: Dip each rice paper into the egg mixture, making sure it's evenly coated. For each croissant, layer three rice papers on top of each other to form a base. Shape the Croissants: Once layered, gently roll the stacked rice papers into a croissant shape. Brush the outside generously with more of the egg mixture.
