Yeah to all this. I don’t use disposable cameras but I do shoot with film and all my mexico backpacking trip shots were ruined by heat/xrays

We did have them & our experience was unfortunately they were a waste all the pictures were horrible. Waste of time and money. Everyone has a phone

Why should TSA hand check the film? I never travelled with a disposable camera and I want to make sure everything goes perfectly haha

The security check xray does not affect disposable film... just an information i've learned while working with those machines:)))

I once took out my film in a bag and handed it to TSA and they said it’s safe to go under the xray and threw back with my stuff :(
