Could you do one on Summit Brewery in Minnesota? Started brewing around the same time as Bells, 1986. 25th largest brewer in the US.

I still think it stands out today. One of the few 12 pack IPAs worth grabbing. The reps and production do a fantastic job to keep tasting fresh.
