I’m 22 don’t drink milk, on birth control, use sunscreen/niacinamide/retinol/lotion& double cleanse 2x/day but still have acne :( what could it be?

Water does help with the skin😂😂 might not help for acne much. But look it up. It helps. Don’t believe everything you see on TikTok.

It is true for me probably not for unlucky but if I drink like 2 big hydro flask I get clear skin in a week if I keep it up
