I used to have this problem too! Headaches, scalp pain. I learned using products with silicones can make it even heavier. Try a scalp exfoliant!

Sounds crazy but you could try bleaching your hair to platinum blonde and then colouring, deffs thins it out ๐๐

If your not getting enough lather on your shampoo you need to shampoo twice to really clean your hair and scalp
