This is normal in ON, Canada. You literally get a peri bottle, first diaper, a giant pad & 2 tucks pads (only if requested) and that's it😅

I have 3 kids, born in ‘14 ‘17 and ‘21, I always walked away with huge bags full of stuff but with this baby I only left with a couple of diapers 😭

I myself as a postpartum NA. I always make sure to know who’s planning to leave soon . So I would sneak in extra supplies so they can take them home

You have to ask for it…what is in that is charged to your insurance so when it ends up in the room it’s paid for…nothing is ever technically free…
