Meanwhile in the Uk we are actively encouraged to visit pharmacist first to avoid taking gp appointments over things like rashes 😅

As a pharmacist I wasn’t trained in diagnosing 🤷🏼♀️sometimes if they’re insistent I’ll say you can try this for a few days unless it gets worse

In the UK we’re often told to go to the pharmacy first in just average rashes (so not like acutely unwell) because the drs are always so busy 😅

Definitely had a pt come in one time asking for something g similar. RPh said it looked like scabies and they needed to go to the doctor.
