Share your recipes below! 🎉 STEAK W/ CHOCOLATE Ingredients: 200g tenderloin, left at room temperature for 30 minutes. salt pepper cocoa powder 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic fresh rosemary Chocolate sauce: ½ cup red wine 1 tbsp sugar ¼ cup beef stock 1 pc bay leaf 1 sprig fresh rosemary ¼ cup chopped 75-80% dark chocolate 1 tbsp unsalted butter ¼ tsp salt ⅛ tsp pepper Procedure: 1. Pat your steak dry and season generously with salt. Sprinkle it with pepper and cocoa powder. 2. In a very hot cast iron pan with oil, sear your tenderloin for 2 minutes on each side or until 140F internal temperature. Over low heat, add butter, garlic, and rosemary. Baste with a spoon for 1 minute and set aside to rest. 3. In the same pan, add wine, sugar, stock, bay leaf, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and mix in chocolate until smooth.
