My doctor didn’t recommend aquaphor for me. She said some people are allergic to the ingredient lanolin.

It did this too my son too ! So what helped before I could move on too steroid creams from how bad it got was it’s called Vanicream

my dr said apply vaseline because less risk of allergic reaction

my daughter's skin didn't like Aquaphor either. we switched to Vaseline and it was significantly better

As someone with eczema, lukewarm oatmeal baths! Hot water can irritate it more :) different things work for different people!
