A good base goes a long way- i also go in very thin layers and build where needed and only set oily areas with powder

you have to put a moisturizer before the primer, and don't put the primer immediately after the moisturizer, wait some minutes.

i have this same issue as well, i exfoliate with dermalogica daily exfoliant, moisturize with cosrx snail mucin moisturizer, use glossier future dew

I got you girl! Lotion rose hip oil and then primer let it set for a couple minutes then foundation! It works so good worth a try!
