I blend with my sponge to make the blush lighter, and not as intense cause it picks up the blush. Brush and cushion all the way for me but not sponge

you have to do it when its damp or dry. I replace my old ones with the real techniques sponge+ and it really works great

I think it also depends on what blush you blend, the only one that blends well for me with the bblender is the benefit tint
