be careful with those linseed oily rags. they can spontaneous combust and start fires if not dried/disposed of properly. something I didn't know until

I use cold gun bluing after to keep it looking nice and help prevent futures rust.

I like that for fence hardware but for tools I just soak them in vinegar overnight.
