After 8:30 :
Just because it snows that doesn’t FORCE a school to have a virtual day. Only if it’s like the 8th snow day, the bill allows a virtual day to count

Yes, we in the Southwest don't get "snow days" if it rains, we still have to go to school. Plus virtual learning is now a thing.
