Try using effects gel it’s way better than latex! It’s starts as a solid then you warm it making it a pourable liquid! Then it solidifies when cool

Omg yes we do this at college like we sculpt wounds on clay, then we use silicon to make a mold and then use either latex or gelatine to make one <3

This is a thing but usually you make your molds so they have an edge you can blend into the skin. All prosthetics are made similar to this :)

You can also mix flour into the latex to make a latex paste and mould it into shapes 🥰
