TORTILLA KEBABS!? 🌯 Can confirm, taste as good as they look. Ingredients to make 6 skewers: Oil for cooking 4 square tortillas (cut round into square if need be, you may need more if you lose size doing this) 600g lean beef mince 1 brown onion, FINELY chopped 1 small red capsicum, FINELY chopped 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp dried basil or parsley whatever you have 1 tsp turmeric (optional) 1/2 tsp ground chili Salt and pepper Garlic herb yogurt: Greek yogurt Garlic, freshly grated Fresh parsley, finely chopped Lime juice Salt and pepper Play with the ratios to your liking Combine the filling in a large bowl and mix well. Divide mixture into 3 and spread evenly onto 3 wraps. If you are cutting round into square you may have to do less meat per layer and more layers. Don’t forget the top wrap. Cut into 1inch pieces, flip and stack them before poking a skewer to hold all layers together. Cut in between each skewer to seperate them. Cook in medium heat with oil. Don’t have the heat too high or the insides won’t cook. It’s inevitable for the outsides to get quite a bit of colour but just watch how quickly it’s turning.
