Start by browning the minced beef in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper.  2. Add the diced onion, carrot, celery, zucchini, and minced garlic, and sauté for a minute or 2. 3. Then add the rest of the seasonings, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, optional bone broth paste, sweetener and flour. Stir well to combine and let it sautee for a few minutes to let the flavours develop. 4. Add the chicken or beef stock and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes until it thickens, adding frozen peas halfway through. 5. Divide the filling into individual oven safe glass bowls or ramekins. 6. For the mashed potatoes, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash or rice, then mix in bone broth paste or butter and milk, salt & pepper. 7.
