Here is a complete push workout. In this workout I have combined a selection of 4 chest exercises and 4 triceps exercises. Make sure to save this workout and follow me for upcoming new workouts. I always push my workouts for a RPE of 8 to 9. I reccomend anyone the same with hypertrophy goals. If you don’t know what RPE is I will include the explenation below: RPE stands for "Rate of Perceived Exertion." It is a way of measuring the intensity of your physical activity or exercise. The RPE scale goes from 0 to 10, with 0 being no effort at all and 10 being the maximum effort you can sustain. To use the RPE scale, you simply rate the intensity of your activity on a scale from 0 to 10 based on how hard you feel you are working. The RPE scale is a subjective measure, meaning that it is based on your own perception of how hard you are working, rather than objective measures like heart rate or oxygen consumption. It can be a useful tool for monitoring the intensity of your workouts and for adjusting your exercise intensity to meet your fitness goals. For example, if you are trying to improve your cardiovascular endurance, you might aim for an RPE of 6-7 during your workouts.
