ALWAYS! We paid for inspection, hit blockage. Once cleared we paid for another inspection. (Leaking septic tank-not even hooked into the city.)

So essentially the one side of the pipe is gone and the ground is acting as part of the pipe.... until it caves in... don't they make those repair
