Traumatic occlusion maybe? Ortho can cause resorption and mobility. I wouldn’t extract those teeth unless you absolutely have to. Get asecond opinion.

after my jaw surgery , I got a perio pocket. they had to do a bone and tissue graft. BUT it does not always work. I still have a pocket. cant always

I had a palate expansion surgery and double jaw and have loss several teeth from the trauma. my roots calcified and had to be pulled.
