Audi B8 A4 also has plastic ones, they tend to last ~160k miles, but if something else breaks near them & u need to heat the bolts, they will melt.

No one shows how to finish tightening them while the wheels are on the ground. Everything I look up says links have to be tightened with 4 wheels on the ground.
