Steak Pasta anyone? 😮‍💨 Ingredients: Pasta 2 tablespoons paprika 2 tablespoons onion powder Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) 1 onion 4 cloves garlic Fresh rosemary (small amount) Fresh thyme (small amount) Porterhouse steaks Olive oil Butter 4 tablespoons tomato paste 1 cup beef broth 1.5 cups thickened cream Parmesan cheese (grated) Dried parsley (for garnish) Method: Chop the onion and set aside. 2. Chop the garlic and set aside. 3. Finely chop rosemary and thyme, set aside. 4. Season steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil. 5. Heat a stainless steel pan on high, cook steaks to liking. Add butter and thyme, baste them. Let steaks rest. 6. In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, herbs, and tomato paste for 5 minutes. 7. Add beef broth and simmer. Meanwhile, cook pasta. 8. Add paprika, onion powder, and thickened cream. Simmer 2 minutes. 9. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add some pasta water and cooked pasta. Toss together. 10. Top with more Parmesan and garnish with dried parsley. 11. Slice the rested steak and serve on top of the pasta. #cooking #steak #fypシ
