I had a chevy traverse 2016 same issue except it kept misfiring even after having spark plugs checked and replaced and new coilpack and cleaned ground

I think ford numbers them like 123 456 I believe. I work on pentastar v6 and it's exactly how you said it

You can also grab your scanp on or autel scanner and go engine and then into the misfire and see which cylinder isn’t closest to 0%

I have a 09 Dodge Journey I had the same thing. Took the brake booster vac hose off started it and spayed carb intake cleaner into it while car runs.

Suggestion in a faster diag i do is multimeter some alligator clips a must t- pins saves time. No swapping coils.
