I disagree on the white bed sheets, don’t think it’s an issue. Been fully booked and getting five stars for five years and all my sheets are gray.

I’ve heard the opposite of white bedding. Gets stained super easily, harder for cleaners to put sheets back on the bed after washing, etc.

I disagree w this list apart from 1&2, as each property is unique so not ever place needs an entertainment area or Instagram area. Also country chic properties do not use white bedding.
