To defrost either let them thaw out or put them in cold water for about 20 minutes. I change the cold water once in the 20 minutes

That is so beautiful…..we make pretty much the same thing using uncooked Costco shrimp. Doesn’t take long to cook,then throw them into an ice bath

I also use the Costco shrimp, but I buy the raw and cook it myself, seems firmer to me. Good job!

I boil frozen shrimp for a few minutes put them in the frig and they come out wonderful
