 Spinach Artichoke Ravioli Bake >>>

 Ingredients:
 * 20 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli
 * 2 tbsp butter
 * 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 * 2 cups milk
 * 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
 * 1 cup chopped spinach
 * 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
 * 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
 * ¼ cup grated Parmesan
 * ½ tsp garlic powder
 * Salt
 * Black pepper

 Steps to make Spinach Artichoke Ravioli Bake:
 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
 3. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
 4. Slowly whisk in the milk and cook for 3–4 minutes, until slightly thickened.
 5. Stir in the cream cheese and garlic powder until smooth.
 6. Fold in the spinach and chopped artichokes, then season with Salt and black pepper.
 7. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and add half the ravioli.
 8. Spoon over half the remaining sauce and sprinkle with half the mozzarella.
 9. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, sauce and mozzarella, then finish with Parmesan.
 10. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
 11. Remove the foil and bake for another 8–10 minutes, until hot and lightly golden.

 Ingredient Swaps:
 * No refrigerated ravioli? Use frozen ravioli and add a few extra minutes to the bake time.
 * No mozzarella? Use provolone or Monterey Jack.
 * No fresh spinach? Use thawed frozen spinach and squeeze it very dry.
 * No artichoke hearts? Use extra spinach for a simpler creamy version.
 * Want it lighter? Use reduced-fat cream cheese and lower-fat milk.

 Nutrition Notes:
 * Cheese ravioli provides carbohydrates and protein.
 * Spinach adds folate, vitamin K and other micronutrients.
 * Artichokes add fiber and help make the creamy version more filling.
 * The Spinach Artichoke version is richer because of the cream cheese and additional dairy.
